CHRISTOPHER D. GRACE

Christopher D. Grace was born in Nassau County, Long Island, New York. Mr. Grace received his Juris Doctor from the University of St. John's School of Law, Queens, NY and received two Bachelors of Arts in 1996 from Binghamton University, Binghamton, New York.

Before founding Mucci & Grace LLP, Christopher served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County. Mr. Grace prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases and was a misdemeanor DWI prosecutor from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, Mr. Grace was promoted to Senior Assistant District Attorney and prosecuted violent predicate felony offenders.

In 2006, Mr. Grace served as a Senior Assistant Distant Attorney in the Nassau County. Mr. Grace was assigned to the Street Narcotic and Gangs Unit prosecuting violent felony offenders. In 2008, Mr. Grace joined the Broome County District Attorney's office, where he prosecuted felony offenses and was the felony DWI prosecutor for nearly 2 years before being named a Senior Assistant District Attorney in 2010.

In addition to over 10 years of prosecuting experience Mr. Grace has experience defending criminal matters, family matters including child custody, support, abuse and neglect, law guardian, visitation, and civil defense. Mr. Grace is a special prosecutor and successfully defended a murder case.

Mr. Grace is admitted to practice in the Second Department of the State of New York. Additionally, Mr. Grace is admitted to practice in the US District Court of the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of the State of New York. Mr. Grace's areas of concentration are criminal law, personal injury and family law.

MICHAEL J. MUCCI II

MICHAEL J. MUCCI II is a native of Binghamton, New York where he continues to live with his wife and children. He is a graduate of Binghamton High School. Mr. Mucci has been practicing criminal and family law for over 19 years. He received his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing Michigan in May of 1995, Cum Laude. Prior to receiving his J.D., Mr. Mucci studied mechanical engineering at Clarkson University and received his Bachelors of Arts in 1989 from Binghamton University, Binghamton, New York.

Mr. Mucci is admitted to practice in the Third Department of the State of New York and the State of Arizona. Additionally, Mr. Mucci is admitted to practice in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Mucci's areas of concentration are in real estate, criminal law and family and domestic relations law. Mr. Mucci is a member of the Broome County Bar Association and the Southern Tier Defense Attorneys Association.

Mr. Mucci worked for the Law Offices of Remy R. Perot, as Senior Associate Attorney. In this position he handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal matters. He also represented clients in matrimonial, family court and real estate matters.

Mr. Mucci worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Broome County, New York, where he represented thousands of felony and misdemeanor clients in driving while intoxicated and traffic matters, drug related matters, property crimes, and crimes against individuals. Mr. Mucci also served as a senior associate attorney for Legal Aid for Broome and Chenango Counties, where his primary focus of practice included child custody and visitation proceedings, support matters, abuse and neglect proceedings, adoption, divorce proceedings and civil litigation.
